Do you think the category hierarchy is good? Do you think there should be changes to the category tree? Do you notice some inconsistencies related to the category naming scheme, either on outlier pages or various parts of the scheme itself? Please tell me your opinion here so I can upgrade the wiki and reduce the clunkiness.
I want to know what the community's consensus for a good background image for the light and dark themes is. Post your suggestions for such theme elements here, I believe a background image may improve the visual theme of the wiki.
Why can’t madden chose someone new for the cover
I bought madden 2003, 2004 and 2006 for the GameCube for only 13 bucks :P
So I’m happy. I am heading somewhere else to get madden 07 for 6 bucks and ncaa football 04 for 5 bucks. (again for the GameCube)

You can type in the numbers shown under the abbreviated stats in the player listing in the roster menu now as arguments for the template and it will show up in the template (unless I mistyped the abbreviations, I was in a rush today because the Madden NFL 21 game was hogged). We will obviously re-design the template later, when we decide on a proper design on the template.
What NFL player do you believe the cover art of Madden NFL 22 will feature?
What are your current opinions on the top navigation bar? I already added basic stuff like links to Madden NFL game mechanics and real life NFL stuff such as teams and stadiums. Do we need more links? Are the links provided not useful, and if so, what useful links should they be replaced with? Is it obvious enough what the links lead to?
I have created a Discord discussion server for the Madden Wiki. Details can be found at https://madden.fandom.com/wiki/Madden_Wiki:Discord which describes the Discord service and the discussion server.
I would post a Mock Draft of my own, but I know nothing about the College Football Players except what I heard on the radio.
Here's what I've got
PICK 1: Jacksonville Jaguars pick Trevor Lawrence.
PICK 2: New York Jets pick some QB
PICK 3: San Francisco 49ers pick some QB as well and hopefully give Garoppollo to the Patriots
IDK about the rest, except that the Patriots will probably pick a sucky receiver or defensive player that nobody's heard of
I have created new categories for Discussions pages.
The below are the current categories for the Madden Wiki.
General: For general discussion or discussion not covered by another category.
Wiki News: For official news on the wiki's status.
Wiki Help: For obtaining help about a problem on the wiki. For example, a post about getting help implementing a template on a page would fit in this category, and so would a post requesting that someone block a vandal on the wiki.
Wiki Discussion: For discussion about the wiki itself, such as discussing a suggested change in the formatting of a page, or asking why a category is named as such and if it could be changed for the better.
Videogame Discussion: For discussion about the Madden series itself, such as discussing the trade AI, suggesting improvements to the gameplay of the game, or showing off your favorite moments in Madden NFL 21.
Videogame Help: For obtaining help about a problem in a Madden NFL game. A post about getting slider settings suggested to you, getting solutions for a game bug, asking for tips on how to improve your strategy, or what name your custom team should use are all best suited for this category.
NFL Discussion: For discussion about the real life National Football League that isn't specific to the Madden NFL game series. Discussions about what player is the MVP of a season, reactions to NFL rule changes and team relocations, and predicting the NFL Super Bowl scores are all suitable for NFL Discussion, as this does not explicitly relate to the video games.
The most up to date version of the categories can always be found at https://madden.fandom.com/wiki/Madden_Wiki:Discussions so feel free to read this article.
I have first worked on dealing with the backlog of candidates for deletion and merging as those require active administrators to manage.
Second, I will update the top navigation of the page.
Third, I will look into updating the Madden NFL Wiki logo because I don't remember any Madden NFL game using that font.
I'm playing Madden 09 DS and I'm still undefeated.
I went 16-0 and won the super bowl against the Packers and twice I scored 72 points (before I shortened the quarter length to 5 minutes)
And then I am 10-0 in Franchise mode as the Green Bay Packers, with a Rookie Quarterback starting for me.
I am lucky, cause I've almost lost to the Chargers both times I played them, and I almost lost to the Vikings two of the three times I played them.
I'm looking to become administrator of the wiki. Do you think it is a good idea that I become an administrator of the wiki? It will let me modify stuff such as the wiki theme, the navigation bar at the top, and protected pages, as well as delete pages that were marked for deletion, and pages not considered appropriate for the wiki.
https://community.fandom.com/wiki/Adoption:Madden_Wiki_(2)
A few days ago, there were slightly over 50 pages not in a category. Now, I have categorized more pages properly, and we are now at less than 34.
I have a plan that can be taken in case EA decides to release a new "Madden NFL 25" in ~2024; we can rename the existing Madden NFL 25 page to "Madden NFL 25 (2013)" and create a page for the new Madden NFL 25 game with the title "Madden NFL 25 (2024)". Of course, if the new game doesn't release in 2024, the new page should state the year the new game released in.
Step two of the process would be to use AutoWikiBrowser to change the links to all existing Madden NFL 25 page links to Madden NFL 25 (2013) as the new game obviously didn't exist when those edits were made, so we can safely assume that it intended to refer to the 2013 game. A setting can be used to make the program automatically edit a page every 10 seconds, to make it more automatic.
Finally, a redirect page will be created for "Madden NFL 25" to the new Madden NFL 25 page. I believe this makes sense because at that point users of the wiki will likely want to learn about the new Madden NFL game. A template that tells the user that "Madden NFL 25" redirects to "Madden NFL 25 (2024)" will be added and it will link to the "Madden NFL 25 (2013)" page if they didn't intend to view the page for the new game.
Maybe after the newer Madden NFL 26 has been released for a while, we can change the existing page for "Madden NFL 25" that became a redirect as part of this plan to be a disambiguation page instead, with the logic of we can no longer determine if the user was wanting to link to the new Madden NFL 25 or the old one.
Pls, any suggestions are really appreciated pls any reccomendations
