EA Tiburon is a video game development studio owned by Electronic Arts. They are known for being the current developers of the Madden NFL series, handling development of the home console games since Madden NFL 96.
They have a team named after them in various Madden NFL games, named the Maitland Tiburon, with a shark logo based on the Spanish word of Tiburon translating to "Shark" in English. This Tiburon shark logo is also used as the default logo in many Madden NFL games with the Create-A-Team mode. The aquatic theme is also used in some logos for EA Tiburon.
