The Kickers were a fantasy team featuring powerful placekickers that could hit the ball through the uprights (goal posts) from any distance. Their first appearance was Madden NFL 09 on the 6th gen version until Madden NFL 12. In Madden 09 their overall rank is 90, in Madden 10, 11, and 12 overall is 98, offense is 97, and defense is 99 with special teams at 94.
Champions Stadium[]
Like the Monsters and the Manipulators, their stadium was in Hidden Valley, Mythtropolis. The stadium capacity is a total of 95,515 and the surface is dirt. Since the Kickers have no location name (Cleveland for example), their name could either be the Hidden Valley Kickers or the Mythtropolis Kickers.
Kickers Bio[]
Although not the most intimidating of teams, don't underestimate the Kickers and their "automatic" talents.
League Championship Message[]
Overlooked, unacknowledged and often times forgotten, this team of crabby kickers is through with taking abuse and are looking for validation! They are not to be taken lightly...
What are they Based On[]
They are actually based on a Madden card when a player kicks 50+ field goal attempts.

Trivia[]
- The design of their uniforms resemble uniform designs of the 40s and 50s.
- They are champions of the Newbie League.
- Despite being Newbie League Defending Champions, they are quite the hardest team to beat in rookie mode (easiest difficulty). Some games end with the Kickers scoring nearly 20 points or more without scoring a single touchdown.
- If you tackle their players hard enough or if you run into the quarterback or the kicker, it will call a "Roughing the Kicker" penalty.
- If they had their own stadium, it would be most likely called "Field Goal Stadium" because of their long field goal drives when they kick as it always hits between the uprights every time.
- Their powerful kicking doesn't work all the time. While it does work on field goals, extra point attempts, and kickoffs, it does not work for punting, onside kicks, squib kicks, and safety punts.
- Their play call usually consists of field goal kicks and fake field goal pass and fake field goal run plays but will occasionally call regular pass and running plays from time to time.
- While the Kickers do wear helmets, they all wear the 1 bar helmet instead of the standard 2 to 3 bar helmets. This signifies that all the players on the Kickers are actually Kicker players regardless of what position they play.
- For a team called the Kickers, they seem to have better offensive and defensive players than special teams players which is odd considering their team name.
