"The Yard" is a game mode in Madden NFL, first introduced in Madden NFL 21. It is an online feature and is implemented in Madden 21 Mobile and Madden NFL 22 as well.

Unlike the realistic NFL simulation mode which have stadiums with 100 yards separating each end zone, The Yard has a stadium that is smaller in yard count.
